Rental Policies & Inclusions
- 🚚 DELIVERY: We deliver to Columbus GA, Phenix City AL, and surrounding areas (delivery fees calculated at checkout).

- 🌧 RAIN POLICY: You can reschedule your rental due to rain at no extra cost as long as 24-hour notice is given.
- 🌬 WEATHER POLICY: For safety, inflatables cannot be used in winds over 15 mph or during severe weather conditions. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule if conditions are unsafe.
- 👧👦 OCCUPANCY: A maximum of 5–6 kids of equal size at one time for bounce houses, and 1 person at a time for slides is what most inflatable manufacturers recommend.
- 🧽 CLEANING: All units are cleaned and sanitized before use.
- 🛡 LICENSED & INSURED: We are fully licensed and insured for your peace of mind and safety.

👉 WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
- Enough space for us to set up your rental
- Electric outlet within 50 feet of setup area
- Water source and water hose if renting a water slide

- No food, drinks, or chewing gum inside units
- No sharp objects, shoes, or jewelry
- No silly string or tape near units (can cause permanent damage)
- Always slide down feet first, one person at a time
- Adult supervision required at all times
